Downtown Revitalization: The Deliberate Consumer
One of the most important findings of DANTH’s 2008-2013 trends assessment was that consumer behavior had changed quite dramatically during the Great Recession and in a way that promises to last long into the future. Not all consumers were being impacted alike. Nevertheless, downtown retailing almost everywhere was effected.
